You Are:
  • Experienced with 5+ years of professional work experience as a UX or product designer

  • Practiced in designing for technical domains, such as productivity tools, developer tools or designing for start-up, large-scale platforms, and complex software applications

  • A Leader that can promote design discussions and provide insight and guidance

  • Collaborative and must excel in communicating with engineers, executives and the Boss

  • Well versed in the development lifecycle, can navigate and identify dependencies across feature areas

  • Investigative and someone who understands user behavior by using standard user research methodologies, persona formation and usability testing

  • Knowledgeable of game markets: aware of industry trends, able to explain the game within that context

  • Have excellent organization and presentation skills, and excel in written and verbal communication

  • Passionate about NFTs, Gaming, Art and Crypto
You Will:
  • Create outstanding user experiences for The BLU

  • Manage end-to-end product design by defining and developing UX requirements

  • Determine vision that informs the product planning and roadmap

  • Provide detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups and prototypes

  • Build UX expertise across desktop, mobile and console products

  • Enforce user-experience and drive understanding across product markets

  • Make sure the metaverse game looks and feels fantastic in all aspects

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead with deep Crypto/DeFi/NFT expertise to join BossLogic Universe’s team. This person will be responsible for driving awareness for the BLU amongst the crypto and blockchain community. You’ll lead day-to-day efforts related to engaging with the crypto trade media, and building out our community-first brand.
What you'll be doing:
  • Tell the story of the BossLogic Universe as our team seeks to create the next generation of NFT gaming experiences

  • Craft a vision and execute the entire marketing strategy for BLU

  • Responsible for publishing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, Discord) daily

  • Engage with social media followings and Discord community members regularly to increase and maintain social/media presence

  • Create unique and authentic content that drives new community acquisition and engagement

  • Develop content together with the Core and Engineering teams to help make BLU a go-to resource for the NFT community.

  • Build narratives and communications plans that support the company’s community-first narrative.
What we look for in you:
  • Creative storytelling with an understanding of what stories resonate with the media and an audience of NFT collectors, gamers and the broader crypto ecosystem.

  • Strong interest in and familiarity with crypto technology and the community.

  • Experience telling a product story through media, social channels and community relations.

  • A demonstrated ability to understand complex subject matter, along with the skills needed to simplify and explain these topics for a broad audience of stakeholders.

  • Native to social media platforms.

  • Stellar writing and storytelling skills: prose that’s clear and concise, with an eye toward eliminating jargon.

  • Strategic mindset: You should bring creative solutions to every problem and never see a challenge as insurmountable.

  • Collaborative working style: Our team is small and nimble and, while we have dedicated coverage areas, we all jump in and work together to support each other when company priorities require all hands on deck
Nice to haves:
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience at either a PR agency and/or an in-house Marketing team

  • Deep connections with publishing companies (CoinTelegraph, CoinDesk, Forbes, Yahoo Finance etc)

  • Experience with DeFi or Cryptocurrencies

  • Experience scaling a content marketing program

  • Experience managing 3rd-party agencies and contractors
